Working with the Japanese experts from Sharp co. on setting up the Microwave production line from the beginning till it started production. Then i became responsible for the gas heater production line and increased it's productivity with 150% in a year within being responsible for the electric oven production line, which i worked with the Chinese experts on setting it up too, and the electric kettle production line. Then i became responsible for the Microwave production line and increased it's productivity with 600% in only 4 months. I'm the Lean team leader, we are working with the Indian institution " Winning Minds Solutions" on a Lean project since march 2018, which i'm passionate about and eager to learn more and practice it in every possible way.
