• Job Details:Projects : 1- Bay West Hotel (144 room) 2- Village Hotel 3- Bay West Villas (140 keys) 4- Soma Breez (300 keys phase1 &2 only ) 5- wadi jebal (20 Cluster /cluster have 5 lodges ) 6- Reef Villas (70 Keys ) 7-Robison hotel.2 Jul. 2019 – Ongoing • Planning, Organizing, Scheduling the activities using primavera and monitoring the progress for in house team projects • Review contractors scheduling and progress monthly and coordinate with sales team. • Preparing operating cash flow , financial cash flow and s-curve. • Cost estimation & cost plan • Cost Control system by ERP System • Cost reports , analysis and Financial claims • Revenue recognition for each quarter • Target plan for CEO for a new year according our progress and our budget. • Tender and selection of offers and review of offers technically and financially • Coordinate schedule between consultant , contractors and our in house team • Study contracts of all projects well. • Review contractors Claims , V.Os , E.O.T and prolongation cost .
