Design Manager / Head of Architectural Department.Full Time

• Job Details:Highlights: The main management responsibility for all operational matters within the Architectural Production Department and for providing technical and design leadership to the Architectural teams. Plan, coordinate, manage the cost effective preparation and production of the project architectural documentation across all sectors. Key Responsibility: - Managing and directing the building design process from concept design of the planning application throughout the scheme design, design development. - Project Oversight Specialist consultant to major investors in relation to advanced project developments. - Assessment of Architectural design & development proposals for projects, from inception to completion. -Implementation of Sustainable Architectural design and built environment policy. - Define project scope, goals and deliverables Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change. - lead a team of architects and draftsmen and manage the production of design and construction documentation and shop drawings. - Develop project brief and design approach. - Presenting to clients, investors, local councils, and public authorities. - Optimize building’s design within the project’s brief and budget. - Digital Design Manager; review the digital engineering package and renderings through the production software. -Research & development into: Future visions in architectural theory, Architectural philosophy and Progressive integration between architectural Designs.

Quality / Design Manager.Full Time

• Job Details:Highlights: Lead the Architectural Department and has a wide variety of experience in leading and coordinating large and complex projects and design the projects from scratch, Preparing the pre concept, feasibility study, concept design, scheme design, design development, to tender. Key Responsibility: -Plan and coordinate the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets, project support and other technical or administrative efforts. -Prepare the proposals, contracts, scope of work for all disciplines. -Understand and analyse the client requirements comprehensively in terms of design intention, nature of design, project budget, legal requirements, duration and utilization. -Monitor, control and manage the design process and present findings for different packages. -Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational Marketing, clients Relationship activities. -Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas. -Drive increased revenue and profit.
