• Job Details:-planning duties with the qa/qc stuff and realted work schedules -upon commiSsioning the sanitayion system will transport sewage over more than 40km from the city to new Doha south treatment plant through the main sewer and the network of secondary collectors. -Segments of MTS-01 and MTS-03 are fabricated at the precast factory loacated at industrial areaat Doha city. And the concrete is produced the factory itself. -precast segment concrete C60-GGBS,MS,OPC,Adm with hooked end steel fiber HE++90/60 -To protect the concrete from the aggressive gases that form part of the geology.this will be achieved by means of the installations of an HDPE membrane ,thus ensuring a project life of 100 years. -in addition to the tunnel,shafts up to 45m deep will be built ,some of which will serve as connectors to others IDRIS construction contracts. -manage the oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes,standards,regulations,equipment,specific specifications,qnd QMS requirments. -submission of daily ,weekly&monthly report to QA/QC manager. -collection of daily reports from QC inspectors &submission to QC manager. -advancing quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization. -managing the development and implementation if QMS fir planning,fabrication , inspection,documentation and operations activities including. -identifying and developing QA/QC personal certification requirements and continuing education/training needs. -providing leadership ,mentorship and direction of all QA/QC personnel. -oversee supervision of all visual inspections including 3rd party subcontractors -supervision of concrete testing on site and in lab. -managing inspections,NDE and testing plan for new construction,repair works,etc.. -manage construction processes, inspection and NDE personnel certification and QMS internal audit. -attending progress review meetings with client. -the programme managemet consultant is CH2M Hill international.

QA/QC engineer-UG stations&tunnelsFull Time

• Job Details:-Implementation of all quality control,inspection and testing requirements contained in the contract documents. -ensure project quality plan ,tunnel safety plan, for construction drawing and specifications etc are i. Place . -checked&verified materials sample board prior to approval from consultant. -prepared non-conformance report NCR if found work not compliance with approved shop drawing /specif high-level error rates. - ensuring compliance of works with applicable codes,standards,contracts,specifications through suitable examinations and testing. -revise the laboratory test results conducted on the different materials. -checking the materials in queries before receiving and also checking all material operations on site to ensure that it is according to specs. -reviewing and preparing lab field reports and results for all performed tests(field compaction test on soil,cube tests and slump tests on concrete,core,rebound hammer , ultrasonic test,loading test,chemical analysis) -maintain up to date all qa/qc documents and records -in charge of overall quality activities at Al Doha El jadeeda station located at Doha/Qatar - ensuring that all station activities meets with client's requirements,organize the site work to comply with the contract specification /approved drawings and method statement.

QA/QC engineerFull Time

• Job Details:Working in quality control department for supervision and follow up on producing of tunnels segment(precast concrete) under specific work procedure conform to the specification required ,responsibilities-implementation of quality management system & coordination of the tunnel works,production&launching of precast segment lining ,Diaphragm walls,Grout works,lead inspection team,mass concreting for the metro rail,testing works,cracks assessment impact on durability. Preparation of the project specific quality plan,inspection and test plans,check sheets and related procedures-controlling all inspection activities on site,completion of necessary documentation to verify the work performed- to ensure all materials delivered to site are inspected and conform to specified requirements,- working in diaphragm wall works as performing internal inspection for steel cages for panels follow up all tests for bentonite which use in excavation ,follow up pouring concrete , follow up inspections works, ensuring successful inspection by consultant/employer engineers.
