• Job Details:Handling Etihad Airways Project on Total Facilities management Contract.  Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers/clients at all times.  Responding promptly to customer inquiries.  Communicating with customers through various channels.  Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.  Consistently and efficiently manage FM workflow processes and work orders generated by the company’s Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system  Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

• Job Details: Distribute tasks and duties to employees  Check the inventory & racking before the opening and closing of the store  Encode the delivered materials or products  Communicate with the manager regarding sales, employees and other important matters.  Act as officer in charge whenever the Manager is not available  Sales tracking and analysis – sales reports and product display keeping a track of the customers return & refunds, complaints, product holds& special orders.  Deal with customer complaints and solve them effectively and promptly.  Monitor the team performance to the highest achievements and motivate them
