• Job Details: Provides first line technical support for control valves applications, pump applications and selections based on customers’ specifications and company products (KSB, JESCO, Spx, Grundfos, Lutz-pumpen, Tuthill, Sew, Nord, Helmke etc).  Installations, maintenance and services of pumps, flow meters etc.  Attend to customers through telephone, writing, electronic mail and site visit.  Provide onsite guidance at customers’ sites when contracted or expected to do so.  Provide prompt and professional technical support and product pricing to external customers for all the company products.  Preparation of quotations, technical data sheets, delivery notes, invoices for customers and proposals for the anticipated customers  Ensures prompt delivery of items as soon as PO has been received  Conducting after-sales aimed at ascertaining accuracy, promptness of delivery and overall customer satisfaction and following up of logistics and procurement to ensure prompt delivery

Customer Support EngineerFull Time

• Job Details: Providing expert advice and knowledge on products and educating customers on the standard operating procedures of the products (three wheelers and mini trucks)  Assist in conducting after-sales aimed at ascertaining accuracy, promptness of delivery and overall customer satisfaction  Reviewing customers’ requirements and making sure they are met  Carry out the collation of customer information as key input for the customer interaction database – a tool for developing and maintaining walk-in customer relationship  Assigns field jobs to technicians and also supervises them in the field to ensure that the customers are satisfied  Making suggestion for changes and improvements and how to implement them.  Providing supports to the sales team (pre-sales and after sales)

Lead Trainer (Technician)Full Time

• Job Details: Trained over five hundred technicians on becoming competent in carrying out; periodic service, periodic maintenance, and rectifying running repairs of the products with respect to Bajaj Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).  Educating dealers and providing necessary information that will improve their sales and at the same time ensuring a smooth customer relationship with the company  Ensured that the dealers demands were met and creating a database for all the dealers in the Southern Nigeria; a tool for ensuring that the dealers were permanent customers.  Preparing reports on daily basis in each of the locations and states and reporting back directly to the project coordinator.
