PTW/LOTO Commissioning Engineer

• Job Details:Communication with permit requestor regarding the safety protocol, risk assessment of the proposed work, identify energy source in the company or workplace environment that have potential dangers, isolate and turn off energy source, lock and mark danger at energy sources, ensure that the isolation of energy sources is working properly, register and checking PTW from subcontract, communication with PTW holder regarding active and expired PTW, inform subcontractors about zone commissioning progress, documentation and record permits that are still active and have expired, ongoing monitoring and inspection of work in progress must be in accordance with the permit submitted, communication with work teams.
