• Job Details:Provides technical support mainly to Abu Dhabi Head Office Trading Floor in accordance to company policies and procedures including but not limited to the following: • Troubleshooting of Windows XP, 7, 2003 Server, 2008 Server problems in desktop, server and network areas. • Provides technical support and troubleshooting of Thin Clients and VDI solutions. • Setup and create VDI image using VM Sphere application. • Create thin client image using Clone Zilla application. • Setup and configure of ticker machine for trading prices. • Setup and configuration of IPC telephones. • Provides technical support and troubleshooting for Bloomberg and Thomson Reuter’s application. • Support for other trading platforms like Eikon, Pricelink, Numerix, Barx, 360T,etc. • Provides high-level technical support on operational issues or maintenance of PC’s and/or peripherals • Installation and configuration of Security cameras • Assist in formulation of problem solving techniques for newly discovered issues. • Research and testing of new applications that can be utilized as per company needs • Configure emails on iPhone and Blackberry • Assist in the procurement of IT equipment by recommending specs, gathering quotations from suppliers and doing simple expense study to reduce cost.

Desktop Support AnalystFull Time

• Job Details:Provides technical support mainly to Abu Dhabi office and other branches in GCC region in accordance to company policies and procedures including but not limited to the following: • Troubleshooting of Windows XP, 7, 2003 Server, 2008 Server problems in desktop, server and network areas. • Provides high-level technical support on operational issues or maintenance of PC’s and/or peripherals • Assist in formulation of problem solving techniques for newly discovered issues. • Installation and configuration of GPS and weighing devices on Trucks and other vehicles • Installation and configuration of GPS and weighing application on handheld devices • Setup and configuration of Avaya System • Configuration and monitoring of call accounting software • Configure and maintain effectiveness of biometric system for staff and laborers attendance • Research and testing of new applications that can be utilized as per company needs • Configure emails on iPhone and Blackberry • Participate in Project Roll outs such as Echo on Board, WRMS and Visirun. Main role is installation and configuration of application on mobile/handheld devices. • Assist in the procurement of IT equipment by recommending specs, gathering quotations from suppliers and doing simple expense study to reduce cost. • Responsible for keeping the network cabling in office clean by fixing the trunking and floor covers

• Job Details:Handles technical support to the whole Arzanah Medical Complex Project and Habtoor-MurrayRoberts Etihad Project and support to other Abu Dhabi sites as well as Head Office in accordance to company policies and procedures including but not limited to the following: • Responsible in troubleshooting Windows 2000, XP, 2003 Server, Vista and Windows 7 problems in desktop, server, and network areas. • Attend to different IT infrastructure setup from servers to network. • Provides high-level technical support on operational issues or maintenance of PCs and/or peripherals including hardware troubleshooting skills. • Assist in formulation of problem solving techniques for newly discovered issues. • Configure LAN/WAN and TCP/IP environment. • Provides Level 1 support in Telecoms. • Setup emails through Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express. • Takes back-up of server through HP Autoloader Backup Device / Symantec Executive Backup • Define users on Active Directory. • Install and troubleshoot Primavera Expedition. • Responsible for structured cabling of new site offices and installation of network equipment
