Significant Accomplishments/Experiences Gained: Extensive project management experienced from planning, hiring of staff, budgeting, scheduling, financial management, directing, coordinating, public relation and project promotion (online and printed publication), capability building (training and development), procurement and logistics and other administrative concerns of the project. Coordinated all relevant stakeholders from national to regional to local level (LGU clients) and key players in the industry and local and foreign supply chain actors and stakeholders. Represented the project in major management meetings and mid-year or year-end assessment of the Japan foreign-funded project. One project site which I have implemented and recently inaugurated was featured in Livestock and Meat Business Magazine as cover story for its May 2016 issue with the title “Help from KR2 Project: Uson levels up 67-year old livestock “oksyon” market.” Recently inaugurated the Uson, Masbate and Canlaon City rehabilitated and modernized LOM project site. Facilitated and acted as resource person for the project training in Canlaon City and Uson, Masbate entitled “Training on the Operation and Management of a Modernized Livestock “Oksyon” Market.”

Successfully negotiated the project counterparts funding of client-LGUs in relation to the counterpart funding to be provided by the Japan 2KR project with the local chief executives, MANCOM and Sangguniang Bayan (local legislature) members. As project coordinator spearheads the successful implementation of Livestock Transaction System (LTS), a database system which monitors the cattle and carabao being transacted in the rehabilitated and modernized Lemery LOM with the interface of digital weighing scale and Philippine National Standards for Slaughter Cattle and Carabao incorporated in the system, which is capable of giving the estimated value of the livestock, provide grading and weight of the animals. With the implementation of Lemery LOM as a 2KR LOM project, within the six months of operation after the inauguration, the revenue of the LGU in LOM operation increased by more than 20 percent in 2013 and by more than 50 percent in 2014.
