• Job Details:Attended full SAP implementation as a member of internal team support in Wadi Degla Holding company in different phases: -Preparation phase -Blueprint phase -Realization phase -Final preparation phase -End User Training Phase -Go live Supporting more than twenty projects in Real Estate, resorts, and clubs. Responsibilities: -Very good knowledge in PS Configuration. -Follow and maintain the project system life cycle through various phases like structuring, planning, budgeting, monitoring and controlling, execution and period end closing. -Preparing Business Process Documents matching business owners needs and work flow for employees, each based on their role and duties. -Working to map the business on SAP -Providing training sessions for key users & end users, and Supporting them. -Having ability to work effectively as part of a team on various assignments. -Always working with the team to cover all issues related to all projects already created on SAP. -Maintain authorization roles to regulate appropriate user access on various aspects of the system. -Studying client RFP and understanding the business objectives and requirements -Delivering Awareness Presentation / Pre-Proposal Meeting -Preparing and submitting proposal to business owner in order to cover his requirements. -Supporting key users in their daily tasks, using the concept “train the trainer”. -Receiving business owner requirements for customized reports, discussing analysis with ABAP team, then receiving and testing these reports before submitting to the business owner. -Working for continuous development of business processes in Wadi Degla to provide the best services to our clients. -Good knowledge about the integration between Project System module and other modules such as FICO (Financial and Controlling module) and MM (Material management module) -Create programs by LSMW to upload huge amount of significant data on SAP. -Good knowledge of Material Management Module (Procurement and Inventory Management)

Technical Office EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:1- Study tender projects with their various systems e.g. “ Grounding and Bonding, Low current systems, UPS, Panel boards etc ,… 2- Analysis of bill of quantities. 3- Submit all required data with B.O.Q and Drawings to suppliers and follow up receiving the offers 4- Revise the validity of all offers received and study all offers compatibility with the submitted B.O.Q. 5- Prepare and update technical drawings. 6- Prepare and review the technical data sheets for the projects under tendering. 7- Perpare the drawings and the materials submittals for the consultant’s approval 8- Prepare the P.Os for all the required materials for the projects. 9- Review all shop drawings to match it with the work done in the site. 10- Follow up consultant’s requirements to finish and do all modifications for the work.
