• Job Details: Freelancer HVAC Trainer: • Developing and providing HVAC training course in collaboration with Faculty of engineering – Ain Shams University that is especially tailored for Egypt Air HVAC technicians. • Developing and providing a general HVAC training course in collaboration with Don Bosco Institute. • Developing and implementing training program for MIDOR summer engineering trainees on air conditioning systems that are utilized within oil and gas industry. • Developing and implementing training program for EOFC newly joined technicians focusing on air conditioning systems, HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting activities, and the general safety precautions for oil and gas sites.

Mechanical Project Engineer Full Time

• Job Details:2006 until Present:  Mechanical Project Engineer at “Engineering office for contracting” assigned for following projects: • MIDOR (Middle East Oil Refinery): Implementing maintenance contract for site air conditioning system through supervising a technical team work composed of ten technicians and twelve helpers applying following activities: o Maintenance for central A/C units working with different refrigerants (i.e. R22, R407C and R134A) such as DX units, air/water cooled chillers, package units, YMS units, air drier unit, A/C window units, A/C split units, cassette units and concealed units. o Overhauling of several compressor types such as Copeland, Mcquay, Carrier, Carlyle and Bitzer semi sealed reciprocating compressors as well as Dorin open type reciprocating compressors. o Maintenance of refrigerators used in reducing methanol temperature to -90°c using two types of refrigerant {R23, R404a}, icemaker refrigerator and other samples refrigerators. o Creating and continuously enhancing a routine maintenance plan for all HVAC site equipments. o Commissioning of newly added fan coils, A/C split units and air filtration units. o Develop and implement a training program for engineering trainees on air conditioning system used within oil and gas industry. o Monitoring compressors’ performance and reducing expected damages by applying and enhancing the appropriate protection systems. o Helping client in developing an inventory plan for HVAC equipments’ spare parts including minimum and maximum quantity that must be stored in warehouse based on the necessity of equipment and estimated life time of each part. o As a team supervisor, managing and handling administrative work related to team members. • Embassy of Romania in Egypt: Commissioning of central air conditioning system and heat boilers.
