• Job Details:¤ Responsible for all server, desktop PC and laptop related issues including routine administration of 4 Windows 2000 servers ¤ Monitored and maintained network security and printers. ¤ Ensured efficient routing between the company branches. ¤ Created and delivered training programs for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. ¤ Analyze the business requirements for the (System Architecture, Security, Network Infrastructure, Resources, Desktop Computing Environment, Hardware Devices & Drivers, Reliability & Availability, and Interoperability). ¤ Design a (System Architecture, Security, Network Infrastructure, Resources, Desktop Computing Environment, Hardware Devices & Drivers, Reliability & Availability, and Interoperability). Solution that meets business requirements. ¤ Deploy, install, and configure the components of the System (System Architecture, Security, Network Infrastructure, Resources, Desktop Computing Environment, Hardware Devices & Drivers, Reliability & Availability, and Interoperability). ¤ Manage the components of the (System Architecture, Security, Network Infrastructure, Resources, Desktop Computing Environment, Hardware Devices & Drivers, Reliability & Availability, and Interoperability) on an ongoing basis. ¤ Monitor and optimize the components of the (System Architecture, Security, Network Infrastructure, Resources, Desktop Computing Environment, Hardware Devices & Drivers, Reliability & Availability, and Interoperability). ¤ Diagnose and resolve problems regarding the components of the (System Architecture, Security, Network Infrastructure, ¤ Manage and maintain PABX telephone system. ¤ Installing, supporting and maintaining new server hardware and software infrastructure. ¤ Managing email, anti-spam and virus protection. ¤ Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords. ¤ Monitoring network usage. ¤ Ensuring the most cost-effective and efficient use of servers. ¤ Suggesting and providing IT solutions to business and management problems. ¤ Ensuring that all IT equipment complies with industry standards. ¤ Analyzing and resolving faults, ranging from a major system crash to a forgotten password. ¤ Providing training and technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence. ¤ Planning and implementing future IT developments and undertaking project work. ¤ Working closely with other departments / organizations and collaborating with other IT staff.
