• Job Details:• Preparing the monthly industrial result and comparing it vs. budget and vs. last year and explain the variances • Preparing the monthly rolling forecast for the factory industrial result • Reconcile the variance between standard overheads cost and actual cost and variances allocation • Calculating the breakeven price for the new products. • Calculating the monthly contribution margin by category and item • Calculating the (ITP) industrial transfer price for the new products • Comparing the sales volume vs. production volume to calculate the stock variation on monthly basis • Following up the utilities consumption (Fuel, Electricity and Water) and comparing it vs. budget and vs. last year to analyze the deviations to volume effect, price effect and efficiency effect. • Preparing the factory losses reports based on zero losses from one side and vs. budget losses from the other side and analyzing the losses reasons to formulation effect and price effect. • Following up the key performance indicators (KPI): production volume vs. budget volume, machines performance, measure the efficiency and time down details, productivity and material stocks on daily basis • Reviewing the bill of material (BOM) on ERP system (Axapta). • Reviewing all the production orders cost on weekly basis and allocate the actual consumption of raw and packaging material per job order on ERP system.
