• Job Details:I am the sole IT engineer at the Egyptian Steel factory in Ain Sokhna Responsibilities Domain Admin in Win Server Active directory( Domain controller),Working on FortiNAC,, Exchange server, Veeam backup server, ESXi server, vSphere, Responsible for monitoring FortiGate and Aruba Controller Installing and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications, Installing and configure more than 50 printer Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks Communicate with staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose and solve hardware or software faults Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues, Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the NVR server and monitoring its cameras , about 100 cameras,
