• Job Details:Install Hyper-V . • Install VM Machines (Domain win 2012r2 & File Server & Create BKP & Install Manage Engineا) • Install OS , Software Program nstalling new software and hardware components. •Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands. •Ensuring data storage is safe and secure, as well as retrieving files when needed. •Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software. •Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage. •Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network. •Provide all the necessary assistance to the users round-the-clock. They can be hardware issues related to desktops, computer peripherals, such as printers, scanners, hard drives, monitors, etc., or software assistance concerning installation and updating of software. •The purchase of new software and hardware equipment is also their responsibility and should not exceed the estimated budget. •Installing & Configure network hardware/software components and cables (LAN-WAN-WLAN-VPN). •Troubleshooting and resolving issues with the network. •Performing necessary upgrades to the network infrastructure as need. •Manage domain controller (users-computers-group policy). •Configuration outlook mail •Handle fingerprint devices •Management and Create mail for users form Yandex and cPanel Server •Create file and printer sharing between users (mapping) Voip pbx : • Provide all the necessary assistance to the call center users (Create an extension and solve problems with Call Center ) * Configuration and Management Firewall FortiGate. * link site to site Through VPN FortiGate * Management Aruba Access Point * Management Kaspersky Cloud * Install ManaeEngine products (Data security plus & Desktop Central & Service Desk) * Management office 365 * Management and installation Kaspersky software endpoint * Configuration and Management Aruba Access Point
