Quality Control Specialist (Recieving depertement)Full Time

• Job Details:Responsible for determining the ultimate quality of the received products. Duties: Receiving frozen & dry products according to the specification of the company by the aid of the Egyptian Organization for Standardization & Quality (EOS) manual. Using ORACLE® System to: Accept or Reject products, Creating specification to new products, Modifying specifications for already existing products, Finding Material transaction for certain product, Change the lot expiry for faulty entered product date. Checking the temperature of the refrigerators (Freezing rooms) daily & in case of deviation from normal Taking action (Informing the maintenance). Making Weekly & Monthly reports: (By using Excel®): Weekly report for the imported products (Name of the importer, Name of the product, accepted or rejected (The reason in case of rejecting a product). Weekly report for the temperatures of refrigerators, Products, returns. Daily report for the cleaning & maintenance. Checking the cleaning process for the cold & dry stores. Checking the products in the cold & dry stores (Temperature, Expiry date, Condition) & while loading in freezing trucks.
