Act as a business partner to assigned function management by integrating Corporate HR strategies and guidelines into HR relevant operations for the Technology department capitalizing on my own experience within the technology with the below duties & responsibilities:

• Recruitment:
Handle all the recruitment stages within my area such as:
1. Report Budget Head Count & Reflect approved HC on organization charts & ensure regular update of job descriptions.
2. Search for and screen potential profiles to match requested entry level up to professional positions’ descriptions from all defined recruitment sources.
3. Filter the applicants, whether internal or external, for any vacant position
4. Conduct relevant tests and Competency Based Interviews for short-listed candidates.
5. Assess the salary of the selected candidate with the compensation team & communicate the job offers to candidates following Corporate HR general guidelines and compensation structure for entry level up to professionals (explaining their salary structure & benefits).
6. Add the candidate on the system (Oracle) with all his needed details.
7. Validate promotion requests against set criteria and guidelines and send confirmed lists to Corporate HR for further actions.
8. Conduct Exit interviews for resigned employees.

• Performance management:
1. Work with the corporate performance management team and interfacing with the employees during the whole process of the appraisal with the guidelines and the deadlines.
2. Receive the appraisal ratings and validate them.
3. Receive employees’ recognition program requests and send to Corporate HR for processing then deliver the vouchers to concerned employees.

• Assessment Center:
1. Engage in the assessment centers done for Management levels.
2. Conduct feedback sessions with all the assessed candidates to provide both positive and constructive feedback for the sake of the employee’s development.

• Training:
1. Interface with the corporate training department in any training related to the technology department.
2. Handle any training related to my area; validating the training requests, arranging with the supplier all the needed logistics for the trainings, approving the travel forms on the system for abroad trainings.
3. Conduct training needs assessment with function(s) management.
4. Provide continuous counseling to employees on their development needs and advise them on relevant training programs.
• Projects:
1. LinkDotNet (LDN) Integration:
Participate in the integration of 400 employees from LDN to Mobinil.
Handle the preparation of all the required documents for all LDN employees.
Communicate the offers and sign them by LDN employees in Cairo & Alexandria.

2. In-house training:
Lead a project across my department with the aim of sharing knowledge between the employees within my area.
29 topics with total of 55 sessions was delivered to around 600 employees, while handling all the logistics of this project (preparing the trainers to deliver the sessions, opening the topics for employees to apply, arranging the dates of the sessions with the trainers, meeting rooms, stationary, dividing the applicants over the sessions and accommodating any request)

3. Technology Management Team Building:
Pairing with the training department to arrange all the needed aspects for the team building for 212 employees.
