• Job Details:"Key Deliverables: • Efficiently managing complete restaurants and catering operations for self-owned restaurant operating as an Operations Manager and a Proprietor • Involved in recruiting staff from entry level to Restaurant Managers and Chefs • Ensuring cleanliness in the kitchen work area prior to commencement of food preparation • Coordinating the work of the kitchen staff and managing the preparation of meals • Guaranteeing compliance with the quality standards as per company’s specification for recipes and hygiene • Maintaining quality and consistency of food for enhancing satisfaction amongst customers • Ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery of service quality norms and ensuring the implementation of policies & procedures in the operating systems to achieve greater customer delight • Minimizing the complaints with the help of direct feedbacks from guests • Working with the chef to determine menu plans on a daily basis, for special events, occasions, group events, and parties. • Purchasing of all food, beverage, equipment, and supplies.
