• Job Details:(Evaluate the needs and execute required enhancements on the existing products or developments of new projects; by working with nearly every department in the factory; to manage the product's entire life cycle; from conception to completion in every possible efficient way.  Deal with Regulatory Affairs department to adjust registration info of products at the MOH and speed up the process.  Ensure that each team member of the concerned teams understands their responsibilities and accountabilities in the development process of the project  Calculates the split up cost (formula, packaging and overhead) and deliver to the concerned parties to ensure that the project budget remains within profitable limit  Deal with R&D to get approved formulas and claims and check stability of the products  Work with marketing team to chose packs, finalize artworks & set launch dates  Visit production plant to supervise filling trials  Look for alternative suppliers for raw materials with better quality, prices and conditions  Search for innovative packaging suppliers  Communicate with purchasing team to make sure materials are always available in time  Coordinate with the planning team to insure products are ready at launch dates  Creates strategic plans for establishing the best possible way to complete the project within the given time with high quality  Report to the top management with updates of projects
