• Job Details:• Identify the scope of the testing required for a particular release based on the requirements document • Put out the test plan after discussions with the test team and have it reviewed and approved by the management/ development team • Attend design meeting • Attend release planning meetings • Estimating the testing effort throughout all the project phases • Figure out what skills are needed and balance the test resources accordingly • Identify the tools for test reporting, test management, test automation, etc. and educate the team as required to be able to use those tools • Plan knowledge transfer sessions in case required for team members for the tools they would use • Helping in executing the complicated test cases • Develop the Build status report and the Release notes

• Job Details:• Handle project deliverables quality, audit reviews, and project conformance • Prepare requirements defect and project reliability reports • Review requirements and design documents • Own, review, and update project test plan and test cases • Prepare traceability matrix for requirements against test cases • Execute test cases, test plans, and regression, stress, and security testing • Ensure conformance to quality assurance processes within project
