- Job Details:• Payroll: Keeping record of the weekly attendance and preparing the weekly report to track the percentage of attendance, assist in preparing the payroll sheet and prepare the overtime and disciplinary sheet • Personnel: Checking Starters documents and sending them to the social insurance office, Prepare all needed documents for renewing employees contracts, Assist in the preparation of the employees database, Prepare turnover analysis and preparation of form 2. • Process and procedures: In charge of writing and updating the HR process according to SIPOC such as the attendance procedure, payroll procedure, quit and leavers’ actions and make sure that all procedures are followed in all cases. • Recruitment: Screening C.V, Making Phone interviews, search for candidates through different sources and from the company’s database, established and implemented C.Vs database system to easily search for candidates and easily get Reports to measure the recruitment process efficiency in finding the right candidates. • Participate in the application of the Kaizen to increase the factories productivity, by analyzing and evaluating the employees ideas and auditing on the 5s implementations in all sections • Assist the HR group direct by following up with the different staff members about the completion of their tasks as assigned to them, prepare a report with the tasks and their status and assist all HR function in pending tasks.
