• Job Details: Designing honeymoon packages all over the world  Travelled to many destinations in the far east for hotel orientation and new contracts.  Held the first meeting with clients to help them choosing the perfect destinations that matches their needs.  Final presentation for clients to give them al the details regarding the destinations they will be visiting.  Held regular briefings with the stuff to share basic information on all the destinations.  Help team members in handling difficult cases & angry customers  In charge of all departments (honeymoon, sports tourism, reservations, sales & Marketing).  Hold regular meetings with the team to strengthen communication & ensure that the same objectives is shared among all  Make sure that tour operators & Reps info. is up-to-date using briefings & breaking news utilities
