• Job Details:I'm one of the school instructional leaders at GPIS, who was in full charge of operating Grades 3-8, and who meets with parents, teachers and students to discuss policies, educational activities and students’ academic or behaviour problems. I'm responsible for students' discipline, teachers’ professional development, classroom observations, teachers’ evaluation and assessment. I'm competent in handling parents’ complaints and concerns, and generates solutions to reach win-win situations. As a School Vice Principal, taking decisions and solving problems along with developing cooperative and construction working relationships are the main targets to achieve.
