• Job Details:•Involved in both Recruitment & Talent Management activities in all aspects to ensure boosting a better productive environment and culture. •Establishes recruitment requirements by studying organization plans and objectives, and meeting with the heads to discuss their hiring needs. •Creating Job Descriptions as per the communication with the Heads •Determines the needed criteria by studying job description and job specifications. •Working on fulfilling all the hiring needs within the needed requirements •Conducting HR interviews (Phone or Face to face) •Handling all the recruitment process from A-Z and recommends changes to the process in case of need. •Advising and communicating with the accepted calibers their job offers, preparing and sending it, and recommending the average per market for each position for the upper management •Making sure of the quality of the hired calibers and that they meet and fit the culture and environment of ArabyAds
