• Job Details:- Providing team leadership and responsibility over the tutoring program for HDSB and CCAH. Responsible for ensuring that all tutoring sites are staffed and running smoothly. - Supporting all staffing requirements for the program and coordinating between tutor/student scheduling which includes weekly program scheduling and assigning available tutors to students they will teach - Actively recruiting to ensure tutor hiring pipeline matches the needs of the program - Interviewing and training tutors that will be deployed to sites/schools - Visiting program sites and ensuring programming is running smoothly. Responsible for attending all tutoring locations for community support to the tutors - Finding opportunities to help tutors continue to grow and develop their skills - Developing relationships with parents/caregivers and School Administrators. - Ensuring quality service and control to liaise with parents/caregivers about tutoring changes. - Championing the benefits of the tutoring program to students and parents, and encouraging them to provide feedback - Maintaining consistent records for tutor payroll

• Job Details:· Designed online course activities to ensure students’ engagement and interaction. · Responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate students. · Evaluating and grading students work. · Courses taught: Organizational Behavior, organizational Performance, Training & Development, Employee Resolution and Problem solving.
