• Job Details:Represent primary point-of-contact for customers requesting or inquiring on letters of credit or letters of guarantees, process, open, and amend L/Cs and L/Gs, secure transaction’s approval, prepare L/C and L/G text, send applications and documents to the head office for verification, prepare and advise amendments, follow up L/Cs until payment, check and prepare inward shipping documents for collections.

Senior Relationship Executive - Retail Banking

• Job Details:Represent active daily point-of-contact for customers requesting or inquiring on different bank products, process all customer requests for different bank products and services, manage a portfolio of assigned customers, maintain and develop cross-selling transactions.
