• Job Details:Driving and handling end-to-end E-commerce • •Create, manage and optimize product listing on marketplaces. present Cairo, Egypt • •Manage inventory, weekly offers/ discounts, and promotional strategies across marketplaces. • •Own P and L responsibility to drive key business metrics (Conversion, GMV, ASP, Returns, Cancellations, Margins, etc. ) on marketplaces. • •Build and maintain relationships with respective SPOCs at all marketplaces. • •Conducting market research for onboarding on e-com marketplaces. • •Identify product, service, or marketplace issues, and resolve them accordingly. • •Oversee customer retention, reactivation, and analyze new brand-appropriate online marketing initiatives and partnerships. • •Collaborate with marketing agencies and stakeholders for designing marketing campaigns and executing strategies. • •Work with the management team to brainstorm new ideas and initiatives to drive customer experience loyalty. • •Conduct competitors and gap analysis across marketplaces. • •Demonstrated success in exceeding marketing/ business development/sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach. • •Analytical thinking and great marketplace understanding. • •Ability to deal with high work pressure and work in a fast-paced environment. • •Strong team player with proven ability to work harmoniously. • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Job Details:Increasing the assortment of the products on Office Express website by dealing with new suppliers in all categories and adding the new collection to our online stores. - Manage changes in demand, logistics, and plan stock levels. - Work on reducing the out of stock to be less than 2.5% which lead to increase the total NMV. - Handle the returns of the online accounts by issue the required tickets and follow up till solving. - Responsible for following up on shipping companies and the details of shipments, starting from the shipment exit to its arrival to the customer - Handle the online shops of Office Express on the E-Commerce platforms (Jumia - Amazon - Noon) in terms of content, sales, fulfilment and returns. - Manage the social media accounts (Facebook etc...) of Office Express. - Responsible for customer service department; reply to the customer requests, handle their orders and issues. - Boost sales through using digital marketing advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ad, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube). - Marketing plan and direction (Market analysis, Objective, Target audience, strategy) - Working on the daily routine (like reports of the pick-up and packaging materials).
