• Job Details:1- select the optimum material required for every single part of the product to be in homogeneity with each other when they are collected together 2- Design heat treatment of heat treatable parts before and during production 3- Design surface treatment condition for coated parts 4- make failure analysis for defected parts to realise whether there's metallurgical fault or not. And take the corrective action with cooperation of production department 5- make specification sheet for all materials used in the factory "direct or indirect" 6- make market research and full analysis for the raw materials used in our factory and recommend the best supplier or manufacturer 7- Do my best to replace the imported materials with local materials which can perform the same mechanical properties 8- Use ORACLE ERP system to close the loop with other departments and inform them with specifications 9- part of research team to invent new products and develop the current products 10- part of supply chain team
