Acted as the primary interface between onsite testing & customers, resolving complex technical and engineering issues. Collaborated with various entities to manage obsolescence and implement strategies that sustain systems, products, and equipment. Participated in customer and supplier meetings to ensure system sustainability, availability, and reliability testing. Oversaw on-site project activities, planned working schedules, determined installation methods, equipment readiness, material delivery, and manpower requirements. Planned and supported on-site work as well as testing and commissioning activities as needed. Planned and scheduled site installation and testing activities, aligning them effectively with overall project goals. Liaised with systems, signalling, and network teams both internal and external to resolve issues during integration tests. Coordinated and led the execution of integrated T&C activities with the participating E&M contractors.
