Project Manager -USAID ProjectFull Time

• Job Details: Manage the initiation phase of the project and manage stakeholder and partner relationships to ensure commitment and involvement, and to encourage effective collaboration.  Manage the planning and the implementation of the ECDC project in the assigned public universities, using best practices for project implementation.  Ensure that the project goals and deliverables are aligned with project implementation.  Manage the planning phase of the yearly project plan, creating the project work plans and all the detailed tasks’ timelines and the Work Breakdown structure using MS Project, to ensure that the project is defined, planned and delivered to the agreed goals and objectives.  Create detailed agreements and manage the scope of work of different parties.  Use standard risk management techniques to identify internal and external risks, evaluate and prioritize different risks and plan how to eliminate, or mitigate them by assigning responsibility and contingency plans.  Review and follow-up on milestones and deliverables prepared by team and report status to management and to USAID, outlining achievements versus plan, faced challenges, lessons learned and suggestions for improvement.  Establish a monitoring and evaluation system of the project activities according to the work plan activities, including quantitative and qualitative approaches to ensure the integrity of the project is maintained.  Ensure the implementation of a sustainability plan that assures continuity of the project beyond its lifetime.

ICT Project Management SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details:- Ensure maximum availability of computer systems throughout the project by implementing and supporting Windows Server 2003 Active Directory Domain and computer network. - Plan, implement and control multiple IT Infrastructure projects for different stakeholders like NCCM and Ministry of Justice. - Assist in the planning phase of the yearly project plan, creating the project work plans and all the detailed tasks’ timelines and the Work Breakdown structure using MS Project 2003, to ensure that the project is defined, planned and delivered to the agreed goals and objectives. - Review and follow-up on milestones and deliverables prepared by team and report status to management, outlining achievements versus plan and faced challenges and suggestions for improvement. - Assist in putting a monitoring and evaluation system of the project activities according to the work plan activities, to ensure the integrity of the project is maintained, focusing on internal consistency and compliance to standards, processes and strategies. - Secure the LAN by a Firewall and virus protection solution. - Lead the development of business applications, to deliver the different corporate activities of the project. - Develop and maintain corporate IT policies. - Develop and maintain IT disaster recovery plans. - Monitor Network Performance and Internet Utilization. - Implement a backup strategy of the company’s data. - Implement and secure VPN client connections between the main office and remote locations. - Provide IT support services for staff including hardware, application and infrastructure support. - Assess staff training needs, planned and delivered a training program. - Plan the yearly budget for the IT Department
