• Job Details:- Studying Tender/ Bid Documents - Evaluating tender documents, drawings, & schedules - Arranging Site Survey by coordination with Site personnel - Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of product if required - Comparison Studies based on suppliers Quotations - Preparation of Technical / Commercial Bid documents - Knowledge of current market trends and values of various items used in the projects - Pricing / Estimation / Costing - Prepare projects Studies - Manage Suppliers portfolios, including RFQs, Quotations, POs, etc. - Review Design Drawings and prepare Workshop and As-Built drawings. - Prepare Equipment Data-Sheet Submittals. - Provide Technical Support for Project Managers. - Responsible for Projects Documentation Processes.
