• Job Details: Capable of implementing the Health and Safety policies and procedures within the organization.  Arrangement of welfare facilities to the workforce and provide trainings to the workforce.  Capable of managing the site by reducing the incidents and accidents as low as reasonable practicable by using proactive monitoring methods.  Capable of dealing with the site management as well as site personnel including workforce.  Capable of satisfying the client and consultant by fulfilling their requirements and also following the permit to work system.  Capable in preparation of Accident Investigation, Emergency procedures.  Capable for Safety operations viz., Safety walk through, chairing sub committees, conducting various trainings at regular intervals.  Effectively conducting People Based Safety Observation Round with senior management  Capable of conducting weekly Toolbox Talk regarding the unsafe observation, EH&S messages and give recommendation to reduce the hazard associated with the task.  Capable of Identifying Fire Hazards & consequential risks, advice on measures to minimize fire risks & develop fire prevention procedures.  Capable of checking and ensuring contractors/sub-contractors complies with safety rules and regulations.  Ensure hot work permit in place covering the work activities, valid date with relevant method statement/risk assessment attached.  Advising and, where applicable, training site personnel in matters related to occupational health and safety, environmental matters and accident prevention in accordance with pertinent regulations.  Monitoring health and hygiene at work places and accommodations  Ensure lifting operations is properly planned, load dynamics, ground level, outriggers are fully extended and set-up protects the swing radius of the equipment and ensure lifting is well supervised before commencing to lift.  Checking of plant and machinery has adequate warning system installed. Ensure plant and machinery have undergone inspection and in good condition for daily/weekly/monthly checks.  Ensure plant/machinery being used are fit for the purpose with Banks man in place to control plant/machinery movements.
