• Job Details:1-Prepare many reports weekly, monthly and yearly like (the Expect for collection for next week – next monthly-Make reports on the status of receivables of the organization's customers….ext.)  3- Helps my manager in preparing weekly and monthly analyses report,  4-Audit the customer invoices with the customers  5-follow up on collections of customers and, follow up on the collection numbers of In Out of process Corporate customer and how can make sure that the collection number of in process is 100% .   -6Implementation of a strategy to collect receivables from customers as the our company strategy.  7- contacting customers and collecting payments due as well and apply the daily and weekly collection plan.  8-- Filling all invoice and receipts.  9-Monitor accounts to identify late payments.  10- Communicate with customer debtors and arrange with them ways to pay bills.  11-Accurately keeping all records for easy access.  12-Resolve billing and customer credit issues.  13 - Visit customer to Managing the process of communicating effectively with customers and listening to their inquiries about payments and arrears  14- Follow-up to return the Letters of guarantee and guarantee checks after the reason for issuing them has expired.
