• Job Details:• Rates agreements with the shipping lines & Freight Forwarders • Receive weekly production plan & arrange for shipments booking and stuffing date • Following up and receive from financial dep. For the invoices and LC’S • Check L/C’s terms and conditions to confirm Logistics issues • Following up and receive Packing List from warehouse • Revise and Send clearance documents to the selected freight forwarder • Following up loading & gat the containers in port and finalize customs certificate • Submit final shipping declaration and VGM to the S/Line • Follow & solve shipment problem in customs or shipping line if any • Check the shipment drafts & get customer’s approval through the sales operation department to proceed for issuing the original • Receive the shipping Line invoices and follow with the freight forwarder for original BL collection • Prepare and arrange with insurance companies in order to issuing insurance policies • Prepare Export subsidy documents ( Form13 & stamped BL copy& insurance policy & ocean freight invoice)to be presented to financial dep. • Prepare payment requests according to the receiving invoices and presented to finance Make reports to management for work status
