This innovative platform represents a unique fusion of cognitive AI and human expertise, designed to automate and enhance customer experiences for large enterprises. - At BOTTER.ai, I played a crucial role in managing and evolving a product that has significantly impacted the tech landscape, with our solutions reaching clients across 10 countries. - These solutions were seamlessly integrated across more than 10 channels, including Web, WhatsApp, Instagram, In-App, IVR, and Contact Centers, showcasing my ability to oversee complex, multi-platform integrations. - My work at BOTTER.ai highlights my skills in managing cutting-edge tech products and contributing to the advancement of AI-driven customer experience solutions in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry. - The solution architecture was based on microservices, with each component utilizing its own technology.
