Ensure cost-effective travel arrangements by utilizing air price assurance and hotel price assurance services to secure the best possible rates for corporate travel. Plan corporate travel arrangements, ensuring cost efficiency and securing competitive pricing for flights and hotel accommodations. Utilize CRM platforms (such as Genesys Cloud and CC Pulse) to track and resolve customer issues, ensuring prompt responses and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Staying up-to-date with relevant industry regulations, policies, and compliance requirements to ensure all complaint-handling processes adhere to legal and regulatory standards. Collaborating with various internal teams, such as customer service, product development, and quality assurance, to ensure efficient and effective complaint resolution.
