To work on High Priority Issues and assist the team on Internal Case Escalations Create Networks, Subnets, DHCP Scopes, and Option Templates for LAN, VOIP and Wireless. Validate ip address and assign to the hosts as per the service requests. Create and implement changes for the installation of Bind Upgrades, IPAM Product Installations/Upgrades/Patches. Configuring Delegations, Forwarders, and DHCP template options. Cisco & Checkpoint VPN Administration in setting up the Secure VPN infrastructure. PKI Certificates for Users and Machines to authenticate with Honeywell Intranet Access. SAP BI Data Load Monitoring & IDOCS Monitoring Outage monitoring for Paymentech Chase application Follow ITIL procedure and processes with respect to Incident, Problem & Change Management Perform the level 1 as well as the level 2 Diagnostics and follow them up till the activity is finished Taking ownership for Complex Faults/Escalated Faults.
