• Job Details:• Dealing with wide range of flexible packaging such as pouches, sachets, band rolls, mix pup ….. etc. • Dealing with the well-known printing houses in Egypt such as Porta Egypt, Roto pack Misr, Roto House, Roto Star, and many others. Responsibilities: • Work closely with team as well as management. • The contact person with all our costumers • Taking all the job graphic and technical data from the costumer and make sure that these data are the most suitable specs for the job • Make sure that all costumer requirements are accurately met by both the art work team and the production team. • Revising all the artwork techniques: designing, reassembling & editing files according to the rotogravure printing techniques and analyzing files to get the most suitable color separation. • Directing cylinders manufacturing process. • Make sure that the final cylinder proof is identical to the customer specs. • Responsible to solve all problems which may appear after sale. • Make periodic visits to costumers to assure good workflow.

Packaging development managerFull Time

• Job Details:As for procurement: • Searching for the best packaging materials suppliers whom can support the best cost and quality. • Assuring receiving the identical packaging materials specs. • Direct all purchasing functions relating to packaging materials. • Develop Packaging Suppliers. • Provide new purchasing solutions in terms of costs, quality, logistics and general conditions. • Negotiate prices and terms within financial limits. • Coordinate communications with corporate purchasing Department regarding PM. As for development: • Coordinate packaging saving projects. • Creating data base for the existing / new packaging materials, technical drawing, & reference samples. • Have to approve all artworks before implementation. • Manage packaging materials used in production to a set budget. • Design and maintain all outer cases both board and plastic. • Design and maintain specifications for all packaging materials used within production • Maintain and upgrade all standards for all packaging materials. • Prepare and issue time lines for packaging related projects • Conduct shadow trials with production and engineering • Manage the artwork approval process with internal departments • Attend first production runs • Contribute to profit improvement initiatives through packing rationalization and waste reduction. • Work with manufacturing and engineering in identifying new or upgraded packaging equipment. • Specification and certification conformity • Identify and implement cost saving projects • BOM set-up and maintaining the database • Provide estimate costing for NPD projects to assist outline costing. • Continuously looking for new packaging materials & technology that potentially allow for growth cost saving, enhance equipment performance, and / or decrease packaging materials consumption.

Packaging development leaderFull Time

• Job Details:* Creating data base for the existing/new packaging materials, technical drawing, & reference samples. *Have to approve all artworks before implementation * Creating all packaging material specifications according to Edita, Egyptian & International Standards following formal risk management process at best total costs * Creating packaging materials test methods and identifying required testing equipment. * Developing a system to maintain all packaging material specifications. * Sharing in solving all internal and/or external packaging materials technical problems. * Supporting packaging projects assessment and packaging equipment selection. * Leading packaging materials and technology selection & maintaining packaging process implementation during packaging projects. * Improve factory efficiency via agreed projects on packaging * Take ownership for and facilitate resolution to inbound packaging defects/issues. * Provide and facilitate links between Central Purchasing, Marketing, Sales and Production in line with the Innovation Change Process (ICP) *Contacting all packaging suppliers in order to solve all packaging problems * Continuously looking for new packaging materials & technology that potentially allow for growth cost saving, enhance equipment performance, and/or decrease packaging materials consumption.
