UHS services span from hospital planning, design and management, from project inception to project completion. • Serving as Senior Medical Equipment Planning Specialist and Branch Director for Egypt and North Africa Branch. • Spearhead introduction for company scope of work and services and continually maintain and improve company reputation in target markets by hunting leads for healthcare projects. • Negotiate and follow up technical and financial proposals. • Oversee operations in Cairo office, orchestrate all technical and administrative works with company head office in Jordan. • Manage, coordinate communications in running projects between owner REPs, consultants, contractors and equipment suppliers (Scientific Offices or Local Agents) according to project site technical requirements. • Reply on technical RFIs for architecture and mechanical significant medical systems received from projects stakeholders. • Participate in Medical Equipment planning procedures as preparing room equipment list, equipment specification, pre-installation requirement and room loaded drawings using inhouse developed software. • Prepare medical systems report for new projects and budgetary studies. • Manage medical equipment procurement procedures according to the project contract terms and conditions. • Schedule equipment supply, installations, testing, commissioning, training and coordinate between all project stakeholders. • Evaluate technically running existing healthcare facilities, prepare detailed medical systems inventory lists to assist investors in decision making either renovating, scraping or updating.

Clinical Area Manager EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:TechnoWave is a leading company in Turn-Key Medical Equipment Maintenance Services. The operations cover more than 66 Hospitals, 4000 Ambulance vehicles and more than 18000 Installed Base of Medical Equipment. • Present TechnoWave in contract renewal procedures with Ministry of Health committee for all the 66 hospitals in medical equipment maintenance contract. • Lead, Motivate, organize and encourage 15 hospitals maintenance teams in Cairo-Delta Area to ensure set productivity targets are met. • Prepare all periodic internal technical performance/financial evaluation reports. • Manage policies and procedures for new hospitals contract. • Evaluate teams annually according to selected KPIs. • Administrate EAM-CMMS system between all project stakeholders. Responsible for: • Machines maintenance. • Installing of brand-new machines. • Training physicians and nurses to use machines. • Training the new maintenance personals (engineers - technicians). • Maintenance contract preparation and renewals. • Participate in medical equipment planning for one mega project of 9 hospitals in Ghana  Clinical engineer in Rashid General Hospital Responsible for: • Medical equipment periodic preventive maintenance implementation. • Corrective maintenance on site deployment. • Daily check on life support equipment in ICUs, operation departments. • Prepare daily, weekly and quarterly check lists and reports to be submitted to the board.
