• Job Details:Provide efficient services and technical support for Epiroc LHD's, LPDT's and drills to support customer business. Troubleshoot technical issues of machine regarding modules, CAN bus, PLCs, GUI (Graphical User Interface), LV motors & transformers, LV AC & DC circuit up to 440V, screw compressors, hydraulics, encoder, decoder, electronic sensors and its calibration. Analyze Optimine data, address critical alarms and logs, and install/configure Optimine units. Data analysis and addressing critical alarm and logs. Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to SMP's (Standard Maintenance Procedures), conducting revisions as needed. Communicate customer feedback and requirements to developers for product improvement and development processes. Manage as a team leader and maintain workplace, tools and equipment with safety requirements.

Service Engineer - Digital

• Job Details:Collaborate with engineers, and stakeholders to align digital solutions with mining company goals and objectives. Analyze and prepare reports on breakdowns, MTTR, MTBF to improve machine reliability and optimization. Provide technical support for mine operations using digital technologies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity. Efficiently manage customer issues by categorizing, prioritizing, and resolving them within defined time frames and SLAs. Deliver training and support to customers, enabling them to effectively use digital technologies.

Senior Service Engineer

• Job Details:Provide efficient services and technical support for Sandvik LHD's, LPDT's, and loaders to support customer business. Prepare warranty reports, raise warranty claims, and collaborate with the factory for continuous improvement. Conduct RCA, observation, and failure reports to ensure product reliability. Deliver knowledge awareness sessions and trainings for the shop floor team, customers, and operators. Monitor and audit critical and safety features, manage backlogs, and ensure timely closures. Perform pre-PM audits to ensure spare part availability on site. Provide technical support to resolve critical issues on specific models.
