• Job Details:- Lead a team of 8 members. - Analysis of Technical specification and creation of the Design Documents. - Estimate, prepare schedules and allot work for team members. - Periodically monitor the work allotted and conduct periodical team meetings to gather the project status. - Code review and unit test the team members’ works before the code is submitted for testing. - Assist and support the Production support team during production deployments. - Assess and review the team members’ skills and abilities and provide periodic updates to the Project Manager.
