Achievements

I have developed the HR Policy and Procedures Manual which was recognized and approved for all EMECA Regions (8 countries).

-I started up the HR Department in Iraq and trained the HR Team there to support CRS endeavor to scale up its programs in Iraq and Kurdistan. I created the HR Policies and Procedures Manual according to Iraq Labor Law #71 for 1987, supporting staff recruitment, orientation and providing technical assistance and supervision to HR staff in Kurdistan.

-Supported CRS endeavor to scale up its programs in Turkey, through creating HR Policies and Procedures Manual according to Turkey Labor Law No. 6458, supporting staff orientation and providing technical assistance to KARİTAS FOUNDATION.

I helped in the smooth transfer of employees to the Scientific Office recently established in Egypt.

-UN system enhanced my professional experience.
-Share in activities such as --helping in planning activities for the disability club in El Fasher down Town through: -- working closely with the local staff union in order to hold a exhibition where we are going to present hand crafts done by local disabled people --conducting a group Iftar in El Fasher Disability Club for 400 disabled person and their families. --Collecting names of single mothers who need jobs to support their families and providing them to the National Staff Unit.

-Launching Biovax and Biolinx Human Resources Department which had an effective role in hiring and retaining best employees.
-Encourage a green environment by decreasing usage of paper and print outs and using the electronic communication instead;
-Overcame the sales team high turnover rate through: Performance management system that links sales members outcome with the Group's
Profit & Loss (P&L); Introduction of flexible working hours; Introduce remote reporting system; -Conducting regular anonymous satisfaction surveys;
-Cutting down administration cost by using recycle paper and car-pooling to decrease gas bills and to participate in keeping environment green and healthy; -Reducing hiring costs by outsourcing and encouraging interim and college students instead of full time employees;
-Creating a diversified work environment through hiring from the AIESEC.

-Developed the employees' guidebook and the company's policies and
procedures manuals -Introduction of flexible working hours
-Recruited and trained a junior full-time staff member on how to run HR functions through standard forms to monitor different functions
-Worked closely with the Accountant to standardize the payroll report to reflect the requisites of the Egyptian Labor Law
-Included all the contract employees in the Egyptian Social Insurance Program and negotiated all the related aspects with all parties (employee, employer and representative of the Social Insurance Agency)

-I was able to pass the Trainers' assessment and was assigned to prepare presentations on different management topics and their relevant modules and conducted them to the relevant Ministry of Health and Population (MOHP) governorate/ district staff members in different governorates.
-I was selected by the John Snow Inc. (JSI) Chief of Party and Deputy Chief of Party to be responsible for the first draft of the End of Project Report. This was a very sensitive and crucial task as I was requested to contact all nine tasks operating under the umbrella of the Healthy Mother/ Healthy Child Project (HM/HC) and collect all the data in order to compile the report and submit it for the revision on due time.

-Developed a standardized matrix that was adopted by all SMCs committees all over Egypt to analyze contents of Safe Motherhood Committee at different levels. This matrix facilitated the production of quarterly report to be submitted to the Management Team of both the John Snow Management Team and the Healthy Mother/Healthy Child Component at the Ministry of Health and the follow-up on the implementation of decision and recommendations. The Matrix is still used by the Safe Motherhood Committees allover Egypt.
-This project was the corner stone in my career as its outcome was very significant and highlighted that I can be promoted to a more senior job with more responsibilities.

-Successfully accomplished all the requested tasks
-Developed a centralized archiving system for the company
-Developed and maintained personnel files as requested by the Egyptian Labor office. This initiative encouraged the senior staff to assign the HR functions to me and they, also, trusted me with the confidential information in the Performance reports to analyze and give them feedback.
-Developed forms and roasters to keep track of Sales People, drives and motor bikes
-Developed a "What to do if ." guide book which register the steps to handle all clients complaints over different issues.
-Handling all the Public Relations duties and organizing events with our key customers and our staff members to keep a friendly culture and raise their morale

-Successfully accomplished all the requested tasks
-Practiced simultaneous interpretation by accompanying foreign consultants and advisors during meetings with the National Population Council (NPC) staff members.
-Gained more professional experience that paved the way to get a better job with a better salary and more benefits in the business sector through the Project Administrator, who recommended me to the Chairman of Internet Egypt.
