• Job Details:• Responsible for the expansion of Microsoft Egypt’s Philanthropies strategies and plans, driving YouthSpark and Technology for Good initiatives. • Managing budget and local grants, cultivating relationships with key influencers and partners, youth engagement, outreach and communications, employee engagement programs. • Successfully, managing partners relation and engaging with Government entities, USAID, international and local NGO’s. • Supervising YouthSpark initiatives; benefitting over 220K youth and creating 45K job opportunities. • Driving Computer Science Education benefitting 51K youth with implementation in 150 youth centers across Egypt. • Launching and managing Tech4Good solutions and tools, and capacity building programs benefitting strategic NGOs. • Developing and executing Philanthropies communication plan in partnership with Microsoft PR team.

• Job Details:• Successfully managed and executed Aspire Woman, a gender equality initiative empowering 10K young women on a national level. • Maintained overall coordination, reporting and supervision of the project components and staff under the project. • Effectively engaged with public and private sector to create national gender equality initiative, leading and developing the partnerships. • Led costing and budgeting of the initiative, worth of $2 million. • Launched the first Women Technology Social Innovation Hub in Cairo working closely with United Nations Development Programme, National Council for Women and Ministry of Youth and Sports and continuing to implement project across Egypt.

• Job Details:• Held multifaceted roles like leveraging youth volunteer’s engagement with local NGOs, managing partnership with Ministry of Youth, ICT Trust Fund (Ministry of communication and information Technology) and key NGO’s. • Monitored and evaluated youth and NGO engagement projects and contributed by delivering ideas for such activities at early stages. • Prepared Project Initiation documentation ensuring project impact and sustainability. • Successfully led Philanthropies compliance and auditing.
