E) Compensations and benefits / Total Rewards: • Supports in the completion and follow up in the process of opening new employees’ payroll bank accounts. • Feed the accounting department with the needed information about any addition or deduction to/from the employees' monthly salaries. • Follow up the process of payroll and ensure its completion. • Responsible for the medical insurance operations. • Ensure reward data accuracy and security in compliance with organizational policy and legal requirements. • Introduce and suggest new reward programs that would increase employee benefits in accordance with company financial status and performance. F) Other: • Ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date & define procedures for record retention. • Ensure protection and security of files and records. And ensure personnel files are up to date and secure. • Develop and apply the HR rules. • Successfully created an employees' Handbook to help employees to understand the organization's policy, rules, benefits, the employees' rights and duties, etc. • Prepare employees’ time sheets and track attendance. • Prepare and update the HR forms & templates. • Responsible for the company's bulletin board and updates it with the internal social events, announcements and all what relates to the employees. • Lead, develop, motivate and monitor the team within area of responsibility. 3) Office Management tasks: • Implement, monitor, organize and supervise day-to-day office operations and procedures. • Responsible for all the printed materials, brochures, business cards, prizes, internal Accessing IDs, etc, with co-coordinating with the publishing/printing services providers. • Collect, prepare and present regular progress reports. • Organize meetings and events held by the firm. • Develop all the required forms, letters, and correspondence letters both external and internal. • Dealing with post, e-mails, monitor phone calls and control correspondences. • Ordering stationery & office furniture according to the company's needs. • Organizing office maintenance and repair work equipment. • Supervising and advising the Office Boy about the company's appearance and cleanliness. • Monitoring and tracking the company's stationary, Cafeteria's inventory, and the cleaning tools.
