• Job Details:▪ Price comparisons done by me were used by the buyers of our company to negotiate and decide the proper discount and volume discount to be agreed with our suppliers when issuing a new Frame Agreement or revising an existing one; ▪ Managing price lists and electronic catalogues ▪ Monthly and weekly reports related to Procurement area which were sent throughout the Group, were used by all the managers to supervise the activities of the Purchase Departments they were in charge of. ▪ Using my reports buyers would make sure Frame Agreements were revised in time, the delivery of the goods would speed up by using Local Vendors, were able to choose the suppliers to be invited to electronic bids depending on the type of materials and/or services they were interested in acquiring (commodity code); ▪ User support which meant handling their issues and requests regarding the use of e-Business area (Saipem’s online platform, used for catalogue purchases and electronic auctions). ▪ Volume discount analysis and recovery
