PROJECT AND MAINTENANCE ENGINEERFull Time

• Job Details:Project Engineer Duties:  Schedule and conduct site visit and inspection to prospective residential, commercial and industrial customers.  Analyze and calculate customer requirements and propose options for the project.  Develop detailed working drawings of pipeline, storage tanks, equipment’s, appurtenances, safety devices, deluge system and fire protection system according to project requirements.  Prepare fabrication/construction drawings and as-built plans to be signed and sealed by Professional Mechanical Engineer (PME).  Plan, manage and supervise the production/installation of pipeline, machines, equipment, accessories, and safety devices following NFPA and company standards.  Prepare scope of works and specifications, bill of materials (BOM), costing & estimate, project schedule and methodology of production/installation.  Ensure and check with procurement department that the material quality and selection meet the requirements of the project.  Ensure compliance of personnel/contractors of HSE policies and all safety protocol during project installation/construction.  Monitor testing and commissioning based on approved plans and drawings, scope of works and specifications.  Discuss risk and technical issues that arise during production/installation and provide resolution and corrective action.  Liaises, recommends and approves participating sub-Contractors/ Suppliers in bidding.  Monitor and update project or subcontractors progress report daily, weekly and monthly.  Prepare Accomplishment Report after every project. Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities:  Prepare schedule maintenance activities; troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and commissioning of plant facilities, safety devices, machines and equipment’s ( compressors, product pumps, storage tanks, product meter, loading arms, refilling heads etc.)  Schedule and conduct planned maintenance/shutdown on customer’s existing tanks and pipeline installation, equipment’s, machines, accessories and safety devices.  Delegate and deploy maintenance manpower and resources effectively to maximize time and cost.  Ensure that short and long term maintenance plan/schedule is effectively implemented and monitored on plant and customers to improve equipment maintainability and reliability.  Ensure the application of asset management, and maintenance systems data is accurate, timely data entry and reporting.  Regular check-up of the condition of facilities/buildings inside the plant that needs rehabilitation and improvement.  Conduct maintenance materials and equipment’s inventory and audit.  Supervise and monitor water, electricity and fuel (diesel) consumption and make improvement to reduce it.  Monitor and evaluate cost incurred in every repairs and maintenance conducted inside the plant and in clients.  Conduct annual Fire Drill and Fire Prevention Seminar to Plant personnel’s with authorized Bureau of Fire agents.  Deals with actual and potential customer problems and requests.

PROJECT AND MAINTENANCE ENGINEERFull Time

• Job Details:Project Engineer Duties:  Prepare the general design and layout, plans and schedule of the proposed/ongoing Depot Construction including tanks, piping, machineries, equipment’s, safety tools and other essential facilities for Depot operations/construction based on the company standards and safety codes.  Assist with the planning and preparation of requirements for the acquisition of new depot sites and bidding of new projects.  Coordinates with procurement, project engineers and operations supervisors for project updates/progress and technical problems encountered during operations/construction.( e.g., accidents, oil spills).  Assess and process all project billings, other project related costs and other payables to contractors.  Control documents in and out flow of projects and operations. Maintenance Engineer Duties:  Prepare scope of works and schedule of preventive maintenance and commissioning of plant facilities, safety devices, machines and equipment’s.  Liaises, recommends and approves participating Contractors/ Suppliers in bidding regarding commissioning on plant facilities.  Supervise and monitor ongoing and scheduled maintenance work of contractors.  Ensure that maintenance plan/schedule is effectively implemented and monitored on plant to improve equipment maintainability and reliability.  Ensure the application of asset management, and maintenance systems data is accurate, timely data entry and reporting.  Regular check-up of the condition of facilities/buildings inside the plant that needs rehabilitation and improvement.  Conduct maintenance materials and equipment’s inventory and audit.
