• Job Details:• Responsible for planning, analyzing and fulfilling the Customers' Orders (Production Plan) to ensure high service level. • Responsible for detailed scheduling and planning of Resources (RCCP, MRP) to ensure it works appropriately with the Production Plan. • Responsible for developing and managing inventory, procurement, and materials flow (Pipelines). • Responsible for execution and control of operations. • Ensuring timely order flow and delivery within deadlines. • Ensures that every step of the process functions effectively to ensure that it is free from costly delays and lost sales opportunities.

Procurement EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsible of preparing POs and handling all negotiation with suppliers.  Prepare quarterly reports that evaluated all suppliers on quality, pricing, and deliveries basis.  Ensure that deliveries were being made according PI’s (Proforma Invoice) specifications & conditions.  Continually update the Vendors list.  Maintain a supply of raw materials (Pipelines) for various manufacturing processes.  Working closely and Reporting Cost analysis documents to financial department.  Coordinate with financial department and suppliers regarding payment terms (LC, Deposit & CAD... etc.).  Coordinate with logistics department and suppliers regarding shipment terms (CIF, FOB and LCL.. etc.).
