• Job Details: 1- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs 2- Research potential vendors 3- Track orders and ensure timely delivery 4- Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts) 5- Conduct market research to identify pricing trends 6- Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices 7- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders 8- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition 9- Handling Import/ Export shipments with freight forwarders and shipping lines and local transportation with tracking contractors. 10- Maintains accurate records for all shipments/orders and prepares all required reports. 11-To inform and coordinate with the Accounting Department in handling payment issues, ensuring payment on time to avoid delays and further costs. 12-To file properly all Import and Export documentation and customs follow up. 13- To escalate on Import and Export issues to Management. 14- Ensure giving high Service Standard via timely reply with freight information details/ status upon request for sales team and customers. 15- Dealing with overseas suppliers and agents in order to get required raw materials for Company production. 16-Consisting proposed quotations of required production material to meet company technical specification. 17- Tracking of required production material shipments till arrival to Company premises. 18- Pricing the international deals with assigned agents till reach appropriate compromise for both parties. 19- Finalizing all related banking procedures of targeted materials shipment in order to proceed in production cycle. 20-Dealing with shipping forwarders to get best rates and optimum services for Company.
