Training & Development: • Identify the training and development needs within the organization through the job analysis, the TNA (Training Needs Analysis) and Performance Appraisal to design the training and development plan. • Implement the training and development programs based on the organization plan and individual need by deciding on the best source to provide the training whether in-house, on the job, outsourced, coaching, etc. • Manage the training process to ensure the effective organizing of the training program and the documentation cycle. Talent Acquisition: • Forecast and manage ECOBAT annual headcount needs from existing and plan manpower fulfillment for all departments to meet the company's headcount. • Manages and leads the recruitment process to fulfill the recruitment needs in accordance with the manpower plan. • Submit the recruitment progress/status reports on a regular basis to the HR Manager to ensure that recruitment needs and requirements are monitored, updated and delivered.
