• Job Details:Execute sourcing in line with Maersk 6-sourcing steps, work with relevant users and team in performing objective supplier qualification with emphasis on sustainable procurement, carry out negotiations using established e-tools and platforms, drive spends and pipeline management, lead contract compliance monitoring and management efforts, effectively identify contracting opportunities, work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure contracts are drafted in line with existing guidelines, review bids, support in monitoring progress of sourcing projects, coordinate with procurement hub team, collaborate with accounts payable team, ensure internal controls and standard practices are in place, drive periodic supplier performance management exercise, provision of status weekly reports.

Technical Buyer

• Job Details:Manage the buying/procurement processes related to materials and services, ensure continuous supply of required goods, research and evaluate areas of opportunity, monitor logistics, maintain supply chain inventory and warehouse records, resolve issues, collaborate with other departments, provision of status weekly reports, responsible for contract reviews and negotiations, manage and coordinate requests for tenders, perform vendors/suppliers performance assessment.

Procurement Officer

• Job Details:Process purchase/material requisitions, prepare and issue RFQ for materials and services, follow up with suppliers, negotiate and recommend executions of contracts, raise and issue purchase orders, follow up on materials delivery, review and evaluate supplier performances.
